I have been using the Vanilla Mint for months now. I love it. I started at 250mg, with a drop, then 2 drops, then soon a whole dropper. Then, I upleveled to the 500mg, one drop, two drops, and now whole dropper. I love it. I do this 1-2 times a day, early, and late at night usually. I feel super-connected, in a nice flow. Thanks!
